midday, hong kong, feb. 25, 2011

================ ^.^=

this wraps up a three-month sojourn in hong kong. i'm packing my bags for home, which happens to be just the time for crawfish and mardi gras. (this packing and unpacking will be a major activity for the foreseeable future. i can't say i'm tired of it yet.)

during the past three months nothing was accomplished, which is a bit disappointing but not entirely unexpected. i had meant to take a break from the exhausting process of "establishing" myself that had lasted some twenty years. the unestablishing process was much easier and a lot faster. it consisted of mainly eating and sleeping, and it took me half a day to get used to it.

while i'm flying and being swept away by mardi gras parades, here are some random pictures i recently took. some of them might have be posted already.

after the debauchery celebration i'll (hopefully) be engaging myself to some productive activities. i do have a long list of projects i have complied for myself. i will certainly invite you all to come along the rides.

happy mardi gras y'all!
