snapshots of macau

this blog has been ignored unjustly for too long. even i feel apologetic, to both my faithful readers and the blog itself. i can't pretend to have any excuse except that i've been struck down by a stomach flu, but that was only since yesterday.

here are a few photos from another visit to macau, this time staying for three days which allowed us a trip to coloane island for the original macau egg tarts. the weather was cold and drizzly, adding an undertone of uncharacteristic melancholy.

it's rare (and eerie) to see senado square and ruins of st. paul nearly deserted.

I have such travel jealousy. I should move to Macau since they now have poker!
